Important Delivery Information

By placing your order you agree to these terms and conditions. 

We use a very reliable local courier to get our wonderful flowers delivered to your door. They charge us a fair and reasonable fee and we pass that fee on as a delivery cost. In cases where they can’t leave the flowers in a safe and secure position on the first attempt and they have to make a second delivery attempt, they will charge you a nominal fee.

After the third attempt, the flowers will be returned to the shop and alternative arrangements will need to be made to pickup the flowers. If you decide you would like a refund, the refund amount will be the total cost of the flowers less any and all delivery fee/s and less a 20% administration fee.

Personally hand delivered using our own vehicle and driver. You may also choose to pickup in store. in which case there are no delivery charges.

Same day delivery will require any order to be placed prior to 11:00am otherwise it will be delivered the following day.

DELIVERY CUT-OFF

Refund policy

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
